When some one decided to finish their mandatory quests in order to get some merit incense but although we have reached the doom bog stage we have yet to receive any. Is it perhaps our level(Jade Dynasty gold) that's kept me from receiving any?
Maybe we did something wrong because we were trying to get it over with quickly. We have read that you get it from the "receive your reward" parts and those should be in yellow text and we are sure we would have noticed and clicked them.
We think you get health pots with Super Incense when it says here is yuor reward(JD gold). It might be that you do not have enough bag space, or maybe the quest might not contain Incense, or its like what you said, "bugged"When you click on the Here is your Reward quest, then on Finished, you have to click on the NPC and do it over again to actually receive the reward.
You will receive Merit Incense as well as a number of bundles which contain health pots. My alt has finished through Skysong and has to wait another 12 levels to pick it up again at Billows.
Apparantly, several higher level players- including myself who miss out on on lower level mandatories are having trouble getting the Merit Incense, so I'm going to go ahead and say it is because your level is too high.
